My suggestion is to start small you have to think to yorlseuf Bigger networks already have materials and writers etc at there disposal they have more then what they know what to do with, on the other hand smaller local networks do not, this is who your going to want to target. Start making a list of all the local networks in your regions surrounding you and go from there. Keep it small and then once you have a big list of networks go to the larger networks showing how many networks you already have cooperating with you.
